We hope that you love your order, but we understand that things don’t always work out! We want to make your return or exchange requests as easy as possible.
For online orders only, we must receive back any returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can drop off your items in-store (Green Bay location only) or ship the items back to us. If shipping the items back to us, we must receive them within 7 days of receiving your order. If we receive the items back after 7 days of receiving your order, we will not be able to return your items.
Please see our guidelines below:
- We will gladly accept returns of items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged) with all original tags attached and original receipt.
- Original shipping charges or duties are non-refundable. If we send you a shipping label to return items, the shipping label fees will be deducted from your return or exchange amount.
- We reserve the right to refuse or give partial refunds based on the condition of the item.
- All fashion boxes, mystery bags, doorbusters, clearance items, intimate apparel items, pre-orders, seasonal items and accessories are ﬁnal sale.
- Once we receive your return or exchange, please allow 1-2 business days to process. It can take 5-7 business days to see the refund on your account (depending on your bank).
- Please note, physical plastic gift cards purchased from our brick & mortar stores cannot be used online, and e-gift cards (that contain a gift certificate code to be used online only) cannot be used at our brick & mortar stores. If you wish to purchase a physical plastic gift card to be used at our brick & mortar stores, it must be purchased in-store or via phone order and shipped directly to you!
